"I took my truck to a different GM dealer and chose to work with Winner Chevrolet because if the manager and technician had done just the basic tests that the other GM dealer was going to do they would not have found the problem... The first test they did was they removed the battery from the truck charged it fully then tested it overnight. When they checked the battery in the morning they were totally surprised because the battery had failed... But because Winner Chevrolet was willing to do the test that takes more time, the technician and manager found the problem."

"Had an emergency with our vehicle on a long road trip. The service advisor went above and beyond to get it taken care of and to get us back on the road so we could make it home. They did not take advantage of our situation. Work was completed in a miraculously (to us) rapid time frame and the cost was well within reason. So wonderful to find kind and honest care in this situation. Highly recommend!!!"

"I have never, in my 80 years, had such an easy time buying a car! Every person I met and worked with, especially our salesperson, was a pleasure for me. They had all the answers to my questions, quickly! It was a three and a half hour round trip to get to the dealership - but well worth it! "I had a wonderful experience at Winner Chevrolet in Colfax... I made the drive to Colfax from Lodi (80 miles) and I am very glad I did. Our salesperson did not 'sell' me a car, he simply assisted me in evaluating the Santa Fe so I could decide if it was the car for me... The service advisor got us in right away and the technician looked things over to determine there were no issues. We pulled a new horse trailer back home 1600 miles with no issues... "The service department was very fast, they were friendly, and efficient. Most importantly, they were HONEST! The technician accidentally spilled some oil onto the motor during the oil change and, instead of letting us leave, he came and explained what happened, then went and washed it off!!
